Abstract
Generally,a producer divides its investment into two sections, product producing and pollution abatement.In this paper,we establish a model to maximize the return of the producer.Additionally,we perform an analysis of the optimal investment ratio and volume with the optimal control theory.The conclusion shows the optimal investment ratios for both sections are the same,which means the investment volume of both sections should be equal when making an investment decision.
