Abstract
This paper presents the idea that is the combination of beam pumping unit modular and parametric design by domestic beam pumping unit modular design research status. Based on functional approach, it collects the main structural characteristics parameters of serial module divided and does the parametric design. At the same time, it tests and analyzes the whole performance of design result by the kinematics and the dynamics. Based on the above, it develops the "beam pumping unit modular, parametric design system", and uses this software to design CYJ10-3-53HB pumping unit.
