Abstract
The modular design of machinery products is the trend of development. Parametric CAD is an efficient and convenient method in machinery products design. Modular design is used to the typical machinery products design, and builds a series of libraries of them. When a drawing needs to be plotted, adaptive software-module, which is stored in the libraries, can be activated to realize the drawing real-time generation. These methods can compose various assembly drawings. So the combination of modular design and parametric plotting simplifies the construction of products, enriches the system of them and can realize the intelligent design automatically.
