Abstract

From the perspective of participants of IT projects, this literature analyzed how to design a new IT project management system. The key to it is to study on one-member management, binary system and ternary system of IT project management. Based on the above research, we found that the unreasonable relations existed in present three-member management system, thus putting forward the suggestions for dealing with the relations of three kinds of roles in the management system.
