Abstract
Under this head we propose from time to time to print materials bearing on the theoretical and practical problems facing American socialists. In this issue we present three articles: "Politics and the Proletariat," by a teacher of social science at a large university; "What Ails American Socialism," by George Woodard; and "Socialism is Constitutional," by George Olshausen. The first two are highly controversial and are intended to be so.
