Abstract
Manufacturing industry is the most important pillar industry in national economy, however, china is not a power in world Manufacturing industry. Many factors, such as low productivity, low level of management, and poor quality of products and so on, restrict the development of Manufacturing in China. So, an urgent need to enhance the competitiveness of China's manufacturing is the manufacturing information. The risk analysis of the implementation of information process provides a theoretical basis for the successful implementation of information technology.
