Neo-Ureter Made from Renal Pelvis - A New Method for Treatment of Giant Hydronephrosis1

Abstract

A new method for ureter reconstruction is reported (neo-ureter construction). Three cases of pelvi-ureteric obstruction with enormously enlarged pelvis and underdeveloped ureter are presented, in which this operation was successfully performed. Zusammenfassung Es wird über eine neue Methode der Ureterrekonstruktion aus dem Nierenbecken berichtet. 3 Fälle von Ureterabgangsstenose mit enorm vergrößertem Nierenbecken und unterentwickeltem Ureter, bei denen diese Operation erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde, werden dargelegt.
