In this article, we first introduce the environment of the M-Commerce website and its elements. Then we analyze how these elements impact on and constrain the construction of the website. Finally, based on balancing the business goals of an enterprise and aforementioned relevant constraints, an innovative strategy framework for website construction is proposed and it promises to facilitate enterprises to build their feasible M-Commerce websites efficiently.
