Abstract

Abstract This paper responds from an Old Catholic perspective to the report 'The Local and Universal Dimensions of the Church.' Specifically, it raises questions about the composition of the dialogue that produced the report and the potential of a Eucharistic ecclesiology for ecumenical rapprochement, and it offers further reflections on catholicity and apostolicity, as well as the episcopal ministry in a local and supra-local context from an Old Catholic point of view.
