Abstract
Alterations occur in the normal content of total and individual flavonoids with P, Mn and B deficiencies, in tomato leaves. P and Mn deficiencies do not alter the total flavonoid level. Nevertheless, these deficiencies lead to different contributions of each flavonoid group (flavonols, flavones and flavanones) to the whole content. B deficiency produces a very significant increase in total flavonoid content. Compounds that contribute the most to this accumulation are flavones.
