Abstract

To study the sonographic characteristics of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP), and the value of Color Doppler Sonography (CDS) in the diagnosis of CSP. 12 cases of CSP were all confirmed by transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound. The ultrasonogram of CSP were divided into ‘gestational sac type’ and ‘mixed mass type’. On treatment, all patients received curettage under ultrasound guidance after bilateral uterine arterial chemoembolization with MTX. CDS can give guidance to the early diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of CSP because of the sonographic specifity of CSP.
