Abstract
The meta-model via metadata construct language is the key to heterogeneous metadata. This article analyzes the application of meta-model to the metadata heterogeneous problem, and builds a system of Military Training Data Meta-model (MTDM) framework based on the criterion of MOF meta-modeling so as to realize integration and sharing of military training data.
