Abstract

Proposes and outlines a plan for the passage from the old state economy in Poland to a new most perfect regime of social markets based on conditions of general stable equilibrium conditions, something quite different from the prevailing capitalist markets in the West. Meanwhile the Polish Government has adopted the Western capitalist type of market economy. The results after two years are far from satisfactory. In view of these negative results this plan remains as the best alternative. The expression “socialist democracy” used, however, has nothing to do with the old socialist regime in Poland.
