Abstract

Non public ownership economy is an important part of socialist market economy,this does not mean that non public ownership is an important part of socialist ecnomy.Socialist economy with Chinese characteristics is not totally equal to socialist economy.The base of socialist economic system is socialist public ownership,not private ownership.
