Abstract
The dynamic modeling method with finite element for the motor frame was introduced by using ANSYS software to analyze the frame modal. Natural frequency characteristics and the vibration modes of frame under the action of centrifugal force during vertical machining process were discussed, and effects on the result of modal analysis coming from rotating centrifugal force at different velocity were analyzed. These study results are helpful for guidance of the key process and equipment design for machining the motor frame.
