The research on “explicit of tacit knowledge” in the industrial cluster based on knowledge management

With the fast development of IT, as the key of knowledge innovation, tacit knowledge affects the progress of industrial cluster innovation at such an unprecedented speed and scale. The sharing and dissemination of tacit knowledge is not only an important way to realize the value of knowledge, but also the key to improve the technological innovation capability and core competitiveness of the industrial clusters. Starting from the tacit knowledge, analyze the characteristics of tacit knowledge of cluster, bases on the SECI model of knowledge transformation, establishes knowledge externalization model, poses the related measures to the cluster of knowledge externalization.
