Abstract

Aiming at the wide application of SPWM sinusoidal modulation wave in the inverter circuit, the paper presents a method of generating SPWM wave according to an improved equal area algorithm based on digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F2812, and adopts a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to estimate the amplitude and phase of harmonics, hence, it can help to choose duty cycle to make the harmonics lower or minimum.
