Abstract
Screening program for the newborns is presented, which is based solely on the discovery of the formula for setting the norms of the middle ear and the principle of sound reflection from the tympanum; genetic connection between the sound a formants and both resonant frequencies of the middle ear; birth hearing defect, which is measured with much greater precision than the measurement precision of the audiological zero in the subjective audiometry; spectrum separation into integrating frequency groups (critical bands) exclusively in the cochlea of the inner human’s ear; the fact that the formula for the middle ear norm parameter is constant, which unites both physical and geometrical parameters of the ear; the existence of the sound pressure receptors of on the tympanum; the mechanism of otoacoustic emissions. Unlike other national programs, it is based on the exact proportions of the law of formation and functioning of the auditory analyzer that eliminates the medical errors likelihood, and does not require highly skilled medical personnel.
