Brief Analysis of the Status Quo of Rural Financial Management in Hunan Province in a New Situation and Solutions

Chinese rural financial management is the foundation which can promote and strengthen the development of the rural collective economy. It is also related to the reformation of the rural economy directly. Hunan Province, which is the central region of China, should enhance the rural financial management because it plays a critical role in keeping the economy developing steadily and apace at the same time and to build a new socialist countryside. According to the case about current rural financial management in Hunan Province, this paper finds out some problems existing it, then comes up with several relevant solutions for improving.
