Abstract
The corn seedlings were treated by different concentrations of vitamin C under drought stress in this experiment.Some ecological and physiological characters were measured after treatment.The results showed that there was a significant influence on those characters after treatment.The root length,fresh weight,dry weight and content water were increased by 18.6 %,20.3 %,18.9 % and 23.1 % respectively after 80 mg/L treatment.Meanwhile,the root system vigor,the activities of POD and SOD were increased by 19.0 %,41.5 % and 25.1 %,respectively.
