Abstract
This detailed abstract reports on a study which aimed to identify the role of vocational qualification in the development of job skills, quantify the job capabilities of workers and determine the scope of the utilisation of the vocational qualification system in the labour market in order to facilitate the workplace application of vocational qualifications. It was based on the analysis of the first and second Korean Labour and Income Panel Data as well as surveys and case studies.
