Abstract

Strategies Of Magic # 8 Took place at Alingsas Konsthall during Kulturnatta and constituted the 8:th in my series of continuously developing magic shows – a performance piece that has been in progress since 2011 (see below) The piece addresses questions regarding power structures, hierarchies of knowledge, identity and gender. Through the examination of the difference between trickery and transformation, the piece aimed to bring out the human potential of making the impossible possible.
