Abstract
The article further develops the theoretical resources of stakeholder theory and stakeholder management, created for the needs of enterprises. It deals with the possibility of using them for the needs of universities. The theory is interconnected with the outcomes of the survey in the area of university stakeholder management. The paper defines university stakeholders, suggests their classification and gives some recommendations on selection and application of the strategy for negotiation with individual university stakeholders.
