An epitaph for Krysia Liebman

Stanislaw Wygodzki, the well-known Polish-Jewish poet and novelist, emigrated to Israel in February of this year. He sent us this little sketch as his contribution to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. An article about his place in contemporary Polish literature appeared in the Spring, 1966, issue, and a story by him, in the Summer, 1967, issue of The Jewish Quarterly.
