Abstract
Transient liquid phase processing has been used to convert α-to β-Si3N4 at 250 °C lower than the melting point of Celsian (BAS). Significant conversion to β-Si3N4 was observed, although large, aspected grains of β-Si3N4 were not due to the viscous nature of the BGS liquid at the sintering temperatures investigated.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
