Abstract
A study was carried out to find out the effect of different levels of GA3, spacing and depth of planting on growth, flowering and corm production parameters in gladiolus cv. Candyman. The treatments consisted of four concentrations qf GA3 (0, 100, 250 and 500 ppm) as foliar spray, three plant spacings (20 × 20, 30×20 and 40 × 20 cm) and two depths of corm planting (5 and 10 cm). Gibberellic acid @ 100 ppm, plant spacing of 30x 20 cm and planting depth of 10 cm resulted in maximum plant height, number of leaves/plant, length of leaf and corm production.
