Abstract

In organizational development, organizational culture ensures corporate success. Organizational culture has been studied from various perspectives; however, little research has been carried out on how organizational culture is created, and how it influences organizational performance. The present study identified many appropriate frameworks, including the process of creating organizational culture, the approach to organizational culture that leads to successful outcomes, and ways of using culture to create successful solutions to organizational problems.
