Abstract
The working principle of a new kind of ultrasonic motor with orthogonal synchronization presented by authors is the counter piezoelectricity effect of the piezoelectricity materials. When an AC signal with ultrasonic frequency is transported to the Piezoelectricity Material 1, a power of making the motor be revolved is turned out by means of the counter piezoelectricity effect. And when another AC signal with the same ultrasonic frequency is transported to the Piezoelectricity Material 2, a joint effort to make the gear of Piezoelectricity Material 1 close with the gear of motor rotor is produced by means of the counter piezoelectricity. The special of the motor is the realization of the synchronization speeding and rotational direction control of the rotational speed of motor. The basic structure and working principle of the motor have been analyzed and its mathematical model of signal and control of motor and its main parameters have been produced herein. And the machinery characteristic of the motor has been studied.
