Abstract
The ultrasonic motor is a new concept,new motor using piezoelectric materials converse piezoelectric effect,make the stator surface of certain track,then the sub-micrometer range by friction coupling vibration of rotor vibration energy will be converted or slide block or translational motion(macro),this paper explores the energy to stress at different under the action of the frequency,phase of motor speed.The study of ultrasonic motor speed control provides theory basis.
