Registration procedure of the building in the building cadastre with ZVETL

Graduation thesis deals with a theoretical and practical example of the registration of the building in to the building cadastre. Registration of building and part of buildings in to the building cadastre together with the administrative procedure is described. Technical part with preparation of the surveyor's detailed report, which includes the collection of data, is presented. The final part of the thesis shows a practical example of the inscription of the building and parts of building when the building was first recorded in non-litigious procedure according by Act on the Acquisition of the Strata Title of a Part of a Building on the Proposal of the Owner and on Determining the Land Belonging Thereto (ZVEtL).
