Registration and recording of a building in a building cadastre and registration of different rights in a land registry

This dissertation theoretically and practically presents a registration of a building in the building cadastre and registrations of different rights in a land registry. The building cadastre contains data about buildings, parts of buildings and collections of documents, detailed expert reports needed for the registration of buildings in the building cadastre and for the registration of its changes. The land registry contains official data which are intended for the registration and the publication of the real estates rights and legal facts regarding the real estate. The practical part of the dissertation contains an example of a registration of a new building in the building cadastre and examples of registrations of different rights in a land registry.
