Abstract
Efficacy of some plant extracts against third instar larvae of Spodoptera litura was tested under laboratory conditions at Agricultural College, Bapatla. The data revealed that the growth and development of S. litura was suppressed to the maximum extent by NSKE followed by Melia azedarach leaf extract and Pongamia glabra leaf extract. All growth parameters decreased with increase in the concentrations. On the other hand, developmental period was prolonged with increase in the concentration.
