Abstract
In today's world, IT industry faces several problems related to performance engineering in database optimization field. There are almost 80% IT projects of industry lies in maintenance phase. Nowadays, we generally design database in a way which in reality works good only at initial stages of database development. We generally do load testing to test behavior of database system after few years. But unknowingly we were not aware of the fact the data growth rate is increasing dynamically. Day by day this data keeps increasing with time. Data growing rate had become so high. There are several problems coming up related to slowness of applications and it reduces performance of database. This paper will furnish the idea of optimized database which internally decide what will be the volume of database few years down the line. What if database will be artificially intelligent in terms of performance problem? We will be designing an algorithm which automatically decides logical as well as actual load on system and change the behavior of queries which actually execute in database whenever there is request for data from any source. With the help of one plug-in we can incorporate this feature in database.
