Abstract

This paper deals with dynamic properties and generation of new multi-scroll attractors in two coupled Chua's circuits with sine-type nonlinearities. In particular, the proposed approach enables hyperchaotic nxm-scroll attractor to be systematically generated by combining the chaotic n-scroll attractor related to the first circuit with the chaotic m-scroll attractor related to second circuit. Finally, some examples are reported to illustrate the capability of the proposed technique.
