However, any decision about an individual could not be taken for diagnostics, as a diagnostic decision must be reasoned scientifically by applying of reliable and valid instruments. Scientific problem statement – not systematized instruments for assessment of an employee’s organizational commitment. The objective of the research – systematize the most widely used instruments for assessment of an employee’s organizational commitment in the aspect of their structural particularity evolution. The scientific research techniques: to verify the research there were used general methods of scientific research, such as scientific literature analysis and synthesis. In this theoretically based article systematized the most popular valid and reliable instruments for assessment of an employee’s organizational commitment, applied arbitrarily according to the supported conceptualization of the construct. Thus the problems of new instruments constructing and special research to support them are avoided, however diagnostic interventions to impove status of organizations in the aspect of committed manpower are still retained.
