Abstract
Basal endogenous amino acid losses(EAAEb) in the 48h excreta of broiler chickens were directly determined by force-feeding nitrogen-free diet (NFD),NFD+3.39% balanced amino acids (AAs),NFD+6.81%AAs,NFD+3.20% enzyme hydrolysed casein (EHC),and NFD+6.40%EHC diets.EAAEb was also estimated by regression method (REG) by force-feeding diets with 5%,10%,20% and 30% crude protein(CP) contents in which soybean meal(sol.)was the sole nitrogen source.The results showed that the EAAEb measured by the above methods differed not significantly (P0.05)and there was a constant EAAEb in broiler chickens.
