Abstract
The vascular endothelial growth factor was an important angiogenesis stimulating factor, which acted in the vascular endothelial cell, up-regulates the angiogenesis important factor and stimulates vascular endothelial cell proliferation migration and inducement angiogenesis. The household of VEGF played an important role in breast carcinoma lymph metastasis such as VEGF-C, VEGF-D and VEGFR-3. It acted as the independent prognosis judgment factor of the breast carcinoma patients. Anti-vascular therapy that puted VEGF as the target point would become a new method of therapy breast carcinoma. One of the hospot of anticancer therapy was to inhibit VEGF signal passage at the present time.
