Abstract
The great success has been achieved in construction of rural information service system but there still are problems in construction of rural information service system in China.The paper discusses the construction strategies of rural information service system for farmers from three aspects of improvement of farmers' information quality,selection of propagation patterns and effects of the basic government organizations to achieve better information service effects.
