Abstract
Highlights the research trend of cotton scientists by studying the patterns of articles published in the Journal of the Indian Society of Cotton Improvement for the period 1995-2004. Patterns related to authorship, bibliographic forms, citations. contributing institutions, and subjects were analyzed. Based on these details, ranking of core journals (Indian & foreign ) in the field of cotton science has also been done.
