Abstract

Objective To evaluate the use of cystatin C(Cys-c),imunoglobulin G(IgG) and D-dimer(DD) in the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Method Mogensen of DN in accordance with sub-standard on the SDM group,EDN group,CDN group and control group in 24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),Cys-C,IgG,DD on the control, and correlation analysis. Results EDN group and the CDN group in Cys-c,IgG and DD with the SDM group and the control group, the difference has statistical significance(P0.05),EDN and CDN group Cys-c,IgG and DD compare, the difference have statistical significance(P0.05).Cys-c,IgG and DD with UAER the correlation coefficients were 0.773,0.549 and 0.385.Conclusion Cys-C,IgG and DD can be used as markers in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Cys-C had the highest correlation.
