Abstract
At present, the development of standards and classifications in medicine is an integral part of the development of health information. The purpose of this article is to continue the study of the nomenclature of SNOMED CT and published studies, which use a range of SNOMED CT, the need to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of its use. The use of terminology standards, including SNOMED CT Systematized Nomenclature of medical/clinical terms, will allow to overcome the incompatibility of medical information systems at the level of semantics and improve the integrability of software package as a Russian medical information systems, as well as international projects
