Analysis on landscaping of residential quarters in southern China.

Landscaping of residential quarters in southern China were characterized by emphasizing visual effects too much,monotonous plant species and model,improper distribution,high management costs,etc.According to the four principles of landscaping of residential quarters,it put forward that basing on people-oriented,emphasizing main topic and scenery,planting suitable trees in proper position and tree as the main component of greening,paying attention to the combination of site,line and surface,and high,middle and low positions,strengthening the management of greening and maintenance should be carried out to promote the comprehensive benefits for a long time and create natural and harmonious living environment.
