Dynamic Change of Nutrition Elements during Chicken Manure and Chaff Composting under Higher Temperature

The mixture of chicken manure and chaff with different proportion were composted under high temperature aerobic conditions to study variational orderliness of nutrition elements during composting.The result indicated that the pH value decreased at first,then increased latter and decreased again at last during fermentation.The total N and total K level showed a staggered change,while the NH+4-N decreased continuously.Available P increased at first and decreased later.The seed germination index increased continuously.The EC value increased first and decreased later.Compared with CK,the disposals added with chaff raised the fermentation temperature quickly and promoted the water vaporizing.It was about 30 days for appropriate composting time when composting with chicken manure and chaff,the composting effect of the disposal as the proportion of chicken manure to chaff of 2 to 1 was the best.
