Abstract
Ten gem-difluoromethylenated chrysin derivatives were prepared and their anticancer activities in vitro were evaluated by the standard MIT method. The results of biological test showed that some of gem-difluoromethylenated chrysin derivatives had higher anticancer activity than chrysin.
