Abstract
A fluidized bed reactor biomass fast pyrolysis system for producing bio-oil was developed independently. The fast pyrolysis experiments were conducted adopting four different kinds of sawdust as pyrolysis biomass material.Based on research of the overall biomass pyrolysis experiments, the effects of the major process parameters such as reaction temperature, biomass particle size and biomass feed rate on the yield of bio-oil were investigated. The results indicated that the optimum reaction temperature is 500℃,optimum feed rate is 20 kg/h,maximum bio-oil yield is 63.8%.
