Abstract
Objective :To optimize the extractive process for the volatile zanthoxylum oil. Methods:The orthogonal test design was used in the studies of extraction time, amount of solvent and amount of extraction solvent, and content of the volatile oil was used in the test as guide. The optimal condition was added 6 times amount of water and 7 hours for each time, extracted with 50 mL diethyl ether. The average yield was 2.95%.Conclusion:The extraction technology is reasonable and provide scientific basis for industrialize process.
