Abstract

This study evaluates the tourist experience in cultural destinations. Being the most complex and interesting case of a cultural tourist destination, the tourist-historic city has been chosen as a case study. Not only the material core product of tourist-historic cities, consisting of monuments, ancient street patterns, museums and cultural events, but also the immaterial attraction elements, of which hospitality is often one of the most important.
