Abstract
The article examines properties of the day and night ionosphere of Venus and some possible sources of its ionization and discusses the disagreement of measurement results in different experiments with automatic stations and the results of observations of the upper ionosphere by radio-occultation methods. It is shown that there has not yet been achieved a satisfactory quantitative description of the Venusian ionosphere on the whole.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
