The aim of this paper is to analyze the (re)employment probability of young unemployed in Romania. Using a large dataset with completed unemployment spells and multinomial logistic regression we analyzed the effect of various individual characteristics on (re)employment probability for young unemployed aged in between 15 and 29 years.
