Abstract
Effects of different concentration of plant growth regulators such as GA3,NAA,6-BA and different temperature on seed germination of Cyperus esculentus were studied.The results showed that NAA and 6-BA had obvious promotion functions on seed germination in improving germination energy and germination rate.The optimum concentration was 6-BA 1 mg/L and NAA 20 mg/L.The influence in different concentration of GA3 on seed germination of Cyperus esculentus was little.
